I have hot feelings starting at my feet, which work their way up to my chest, what should I do?

Hot feelings are nerve related, and should be treated by a health care professional, who will probably examine you for nerve damage, specifically, for diabetes.

Whenever there is a feeling of hotness in the fingers of the feet or the heels which causes even soaring in the chest. Then the solution to the problem easily available is to get a fresh piece of bottleguard vegetable, cut it into two pieces and massage each one on each foot.

This is indicative of two things. One you are a perimenopausal woman undergoing menopause and hot flashes are normal... you'll learn to live with them. Or Two, you have some neuralgia (nerve pain/damage) that is giving your these sensations. If so see a doctor.

This is sometimes, due to unbearable heat in the summer. Try to cool yourself by sitting in the A/c. room, having some cold drinks etc.
