Cam I challenge my human resource office if I was fired for misconduct?

I was recently fired for something I feel I did not do.

Sure, but you have an uphill battle. Unless you had an employee contract, you were employed "at will". This means your company can fire you for any reason at all, or for no reason, as long as it's not because of your race, national origin, sex, religion, or age. See a lawyer: usually the first consultation is free.

You can always go talk to your HR manager and try and get reinstated. It may not help, but it can't hurt.
