How do you lose 20 pounds fast?

I mean in like 2 weeks.

Another way by doing exercises like jogging/power walking/cycling/swimming or playing. Simultaneously reduce the amount of carbohydrates you consume while exercising.

Actually losing 20 pounds of excess fat in 2 weeks is very difficult. It could happen if you were lost in the mountains for 2 weeks, though.

There is no safe way to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, nor is it generally possible. You can try a combination of minimal calorie intake and aerobic exercise.

Not healthy. But you can do exercises different from what you currently do. Also eat 2 small meals a day and one large meal.
