Dodge vehicles are temperamental and may suffer from bouts of histrionic behavior. The muffler, engine and consequently the air conditioner on this vehicle is over-the-top. Learn to accept your car's moods and you will be happier.

You should check the cabin filter (look in your manual to figure out where it is). It may be clogged, and will only work on a high setting.

if the air is only working on high there could be a couple of problems. you should check the fuses to see if one could be blown. it also sounds like it could be an wiring problem.

Try to turn the airconditioning on low and see if that helps. If not then the unit is stuck on high, and it needs to be repaired. Try to take it to a mechaninc who will be able to diagnose your problem further and fix it.

The air bag can be set on many different levels, many car companies pre set the setting to their liking. You can always adjust the setting of the airbag your self by learning about it from books or internet, or a professional can do it for you and solve the problem.
