First check all of your breakers to make sure power is good to the unit. Next turn it on and check voltage going to the fan motor. If you have voltage there, then all that is left is to replace the fan motor.
If you hear the compressor running or have seen frost build up on the line, the fan has some kind of problem. It can be a run capacitor, low voltage, or a bad contactor. Call an electrician.
