I am making costumes for a school play.

Try for something very simple, long, draped and flowing, in a light color. A corded belt could be a nice addition, too.

The Grecian tunic/toga works perfectly. The Caesar olive branch and leaves compliments beautifully. There should be plenty of gold thick bracelets and gold earrings worn. For shoes, go with some gladiator sandals.
