Well it's worth more than it should be but the thing is it's not worth to much yet unless your a collector looking to build your collection of pennies then it may be worth something.

1917 wheat pennies in fair condition are worth somewhere between 12 and 16 cents. In mint condition they may be worth 10 times face value.
