a pinched nerve is causing pain, tingling, numbness or weakness it can occur anywhere in your body but mostly it is in human's leg. it is just like numbness in leg where usually arises from damage or disease of nerves and is often associated with or preceded by abnormal pain.

If you have a pinched nerve in your leg that definitely could be causing numbness in that area. However if the pinched nerve is elsewhere in your body the numbness is probably due to something else. The best thing to do is to check with your doctor to make sure you don't have anything that requires further attention going on.

One symptoms of a pinced nerve could be numbness in that leg. It is recommended that if this lasts more than a couple days you go to the doctor.

If you have any numbness or tingling in the leg then you may have pressure on a nerve root coming from the spine.
