It's not necesary to change her food at all ,but you nedd to feed her more well, because she now has two stomaches to feed. Also the food needs to be kind of healthy to avoid complications

You normally do not have to change a dog's food just because they are pregnant. She may eat more of it because of being pregnant, but thats about it. If she is eating her current food fine, then just leave it. Changing her food could make her sick.

You'll want to feed her a high quality puppy food. Puppy food gives her more nutrients than adult food, which helps the development of the puppies and will help her feed them when they're nursing.

You can add a another helping throughout the day to assure that your dog is getting her caloric needs met. Also, be sure that you keep water readily available.

at about 7 weeks along you can change her to puppy food for a higher calcium content. I wouldn't change it too much though it might upset her.

The best thing to do is to give her some milk so she can produce some of her own. She would most prefer some soft thing to eat try canned food that would be good for her.
