Finding blood in your dog's urine is a red flag that you must take your dog to the vet. Your dog may be suffering for urinary stones, infection, trauma, or potentially a tumor (or other growth.) Though you do not need to panic, it's important that you take your dog to a veterinarian as soon as you possibly can.

Your dog could have an urinary tract infection or something more serious. Only your vet can know for sure by taking a look.
