She is more than likely in pain and has suffered an injury to her paw and maybe some damage to her lung. I would suggest taking her to the vet to see if there are any serious problems wrong with the dog.
Your dog may be suffering from a punctured lung from bone fractures due to the car accident. This is a serious emergency. Internal bleeding can be fatal.
