Answer by  hartford (506)

Kinkajous are natives of central and South America which are actually related to raccoons. They are nocturnal and seldom seen for this reason, although they are not endangered. Unlike most mammals, the female leaves the family group when sexually mature. The animal's territory is passed from father to son and males have stronger family bonds.

These nocturnal mammals, commonly called 'honeybears' or 'nightwalkers' are native to the rainforests of Central and South America. They're fond of sweets, primarily eat fruits, and drink nectar from flowers.
