What are some exercises for the stomach?

I need a toner stomach.

First off, the way to get a good toned stomach is to lose body fat. Your diet will determine that. If you have a good diet, the best ab/stomach exercises are weighted incline sit-ups, bicycles, and isometric planks. Those, combined with a solid diet, will create a very toned stomach.

With respect to stomach toning, I've personally had the most success achieving results doing slowly contracting sit-ups on a slight decline bench and using the rope attachment for cable crunches.

I have done running and that has helped tone my stomach because it burns the fat around it. Do some running along with about 20 situps a night for a month and you will see a difference plus a good diet.

For reducing weight at the stomach, situps and yoga are very effective exercises to obtain flat belly. Rope skipping and running are also additional good exercises.
