You could very well be pregnant, but without further informaiton it would be difficult to tell for sure. Early signs of pregnancy mimic those of your menstrual cycle, cramping, being tired, excessive urination and the most obvious sign is a missed menstrual cycle. Stomach pain is also a sign of gas, indigestion and just an upset stomach.

Generally speaking stomach pain does not mean you are pregnant. What have you eaten lately? It could be gas, it could be indigestion or even appendisitis. How long has the pain been going on? If it continues don't delay seeing a doctor. But do a home pregnancy test if you want to.

The only time you would have really bad stomach pains when you were pregnant is when you are having contractions and due to have your baby. I don't think you should worry about being pregnant if you've had no other manifestations. See your doctor for the pain.

Stomach pains do not mean you are pregnant. If concerned about a miscarriage the pain is very low like when you get cramps. I suggest you go see your Dr.

It could be a posibility. It actually depends on where the pain is. Pain can come to your stomach in many ways. You can talk to your doctor about it.
