Should I change one of the bedrooms into a den for staging the house?

While you might do so for asthetic reasons, it's better to have all your bedrooms represented as bedrooms as that generally affects the value of your home. Perhaps you could stage it as a guestroom/den with a pullout sofa.

No you should not. Bedrooms add significant value to your home. Taking a bedroom away is a mistake because it can reduce the value of your house.

No, a house sells better the more bedrooms you have. Make sure the bedrooms just have bedroom furniture in them. Don't confuse the buyer. No excerise equipment, no computer, no desk, no ironing board etc. Let them change one of the room into a den if they want to.

Changing of bed room once settled is not good. We may create and make our bedr rooms as we like. It is not good for changing yours bed room into den
