Should I be worried about bloated newborn puppies?

Bloating in newborn puppies could be a sign of intestinal worms that have been passed to puppies from the mom. If you are concerned you should visit your vet as soon as possible. I would also recommend keeping an eye on all bowel movements to see if any worm are visible in the stool.

Yes you should. Some bloated newborn puppies have worms inside of their stomachs that causes the bloating. You should take the puppies to a doctor.

I think that you should take them to the vet. Even if there is nothing wrong with them, it is better to be safe than sorry later.
