Adenoids can regenerate if any tissue is not completely removed by the surgeon. It depends on the surgical technique used to remove them.

Yes, it is possible for adenoids to grow back because it is having the property of regrowing itself, like other parts of the body like skin and liver unless it is fully removed.

Yes they can and it is not an uncommon thing for them to grow back. When the surgery is performed the doctor can not completely remove all of the adenoids. So it may take a few years or a few months for the adenoids to grow back. It does not mean they will just because they can.

Like tonsils, your adenoids can grow back after they've been removed. They become vestigial organs in adults, though, so don't worry too much if they do grow back unless they start causing trouble.
