They cost a lot of money depending on how big they are and how many signals they are actually sending out. I paid about $100 for my old one and $200 for the new one. You can get a good deal from ebay if you bid on them. It will be cheaper.
Depending on the quality of the device and the store you choose to buy it from I would say your looking at some where in the neighborhood of $100-$250.
