Radiology technician programs are offered at tech schools and junior colleges across the country. It's a great field and competition for seats is stiff.

If you are interested in working as a scheduling or patient care assistant in a radiology lab you may be able to get this job with only a high school degree. If you are interested in becoming a radiology technologist you will need a 2-year asssociate's degree which is available through many community colleges.

You go to a tech school and get a special certificate through a program; it is usually called "x-ray tech" or something along the lines of "radiation" and will qualify you.
