How do you cut crown molding?

Is there a special saw blade?

A blade with a higher tooth count is going to cut molding a bit finer and be more accurate as well as preventing chips or scratches in the outer finish. You'll need a saw that can cut an accurate angle, I recommend a bandsaw for this, but you can use whatever you have at hand.

You cut one piece regular and then you have to cut the other one upside down. There is a special saw blade that you need to use when you cut the molding.
