You need to tell him that you need to talk. When you have him alone explain to him how you are feeling about him not talking to you. Ask him if something is wrong. Something could be bothering him.

You should discover the reason why he does so. Perhaps he is very busy and has some important things to deal with,if so,you may wait him to be free. Or he just needs some private life. Do not worry, he also has something else to consider besides you.
