Even if your dogs are neutered and spayed, they can still hump each other. Male dogs can hump male dogs and female dogs can hump female dogs. Sometimes this can be done as a sign of dominance and other times the dogs may appear to be the best of friends/mates. This is fine unless they get aggressive with one another.

Homosexuality isn't really a characteristic with other animals as it is with humans. Oftentimes what might be perceived as gay behavior in dogs, such as a male humping another male, is actually just a show of dominance.
