Most energy pills contain a lot of caffeine. Too much caffeine can make you nervous and nauseous and can keep you from getting a good night's sleep. If you feel you need these, use them with care.

I believe that they are bad for you. Most of the time they contain substances that can seriously damage your liver. At the very least, they have a negative effect on your heart. Sporatically making your heart work harder can increase the likelihood of a heart attack. Also, they can be bad for your neural chemical balances

The main active ingredient in most legal "energy pills" is caffeine. It is not bad for you in the sense of being inherently dangerous, but if coffee does not help you, an energy pill will not make you turn energetic. The promises made for these pills often are a bit too good to be true.

Energy pills often contain cafeine and other stimulants, which are not good for the heart and cardiovascular system. It's recommended to rather have vitamin C to boost energy.

Like anything excessive usage of these pills can lead to complications. They contain many substances that have not been tested enough on humans to determine their effects.

Many energy pills are some combination of caffeine and other herbal supplements and typically will cause little to no actual harm. However, some include additives similar to methamphetamine and could potentially cause extreme amounts of harm. If the product does not provide a complete ingredient list you should avoid taking it unless it has been evaluated by the FDA.

I think they are. They pick you up for a while and then you are bla again shortly. You need to go to a doctor and find out your problem.
