Why would the pinky on my left hand constantly be numb?

You might have a pinched nerve leading to your pinky. Another reason could be carpal tunnel syndrome in your left wrist/hand.

This could be a sign of steroid use, or too much caffeine. Try cutting back on your intake of caffeine, and see if it feels better.

It could be that you have bad circulation. Or maybe if you wear a ring on that finger that is too tight.

The pinky on your left hand would contantly be numb perhaps because somewhere your back is out. When your back is out of alignment, fingers can go numb.
