It might be the thermostat. If the oven cooks to a different temperature each time, you might need to get a repairman in.

One possibility is that the oven door is not closing properly and the heat is escaping through the gaps. If that is not it, check the heating element, thermostatnt, sensors.

There could be several things wrong with your oven. Food cooking at different temps. every time, that could be a bad thermostat. The oven door may not be closing all the way, and letting the heat seep out. If that is not it,you may want to have a repair man come in and check out your oven's elements, thermostat, and sensors.

There could be several reasons that our oven only gets warm and not hot the first and probably the main reason is that your thermostat may not be working correctly or needs to be adjusted. The next reason is that your oven may be going bad. In either case you should call a repairman to check it out.

Your element is most likely not working. Sometimes they disconnect from the top of the the oven. It's most likely an older model oven the element probaly needs to be replaced.

How old is your oven, and has it always acted this way? If it's an older oven, it sounds to me like something in the inner workings of the oven isn't functioning. Multiple heat sources make up an oven. Have an expert look at it.

The oven will need a new thermstat. Without this you will never get the right temperature while baking and will will eventuly not work at all. Going to an appliance store they will be able to help you find the kind that you need with the type of oven that you have.

If your lucky it is a problem with your knob. They can be adjusted on older stoves. You can also check to see if there is a bad or dirty connection to the internal thermostat.

It could be several things. Assuming that it hasn't been damaged and leaking, the most probable cause is a defective thermostat. This would be most likely if the condition has always been there. If it just developed recently, your electrical voltage may be low.

There could be a couple of reasons for this. The first that comes to mind is that the thermostat needs to be replaced. The other could be that the heating element in the oven is malfunctioning. Replacing the heating element isn't hard, and you can purchase it online.
