Some odd thing might have gone struck within the toilet say some play ball etc. Better to pour some acid in the toilet in the night, shut the toilet door for three to five hours and the problem could be solved.

Toilet outlet pipe is either connected to main gutter line or a septic tank. In both the case, gas formulation takes place and pressure is built up. This pressurized gas find its way through the trap in the toilet resulting in bubbling. To prevent this, air vent pipe is provided.

There could be a leaking in one of the valves. That is causing the bubbling noise. You might have to replace the valve on it, but not real sure. Hope this helps.
