Why is my Dodge Intrepid smoking?

If your vehicle is smoking from the exhaust you have could have oil or antifreeze burning in your engine. If the smoke smells sweet it would indicate antifreeze burning,which could indicate head or intake gasket failure. If the smoke does not smell sweet it could indicate oil burning,which could be indicating internal engine problems.

Well the most common things that cause this is something leaking into the combustion chamber. White sweet smoke is usually coolant and foul blueish is usually oil.

u need a tune up or your piston rings are bad or your catilatic convertor on your exhaust is bad
