There are too many potential causes for reddened feet to be evaluated properly over the internet. Your best bet is to consult with a qualified physician who will be better suited to recommend a useful treatment. In the meantime, you might check your life for changes: soap, laundry detergent, new foods, etc., to see if you have introduced an allergen.

There are a number of different reasons your feet could be red. Some of the various medical reasons could be poor blood circulation, foot rash, hormonal problems, gout, a certain vitamin deficiency, along with many other possible conditions which should be ruled out by your doctor. If your feet sweat excessively, this could also be the underlying cause.

This could be caused by several things. Diabetes, possible circulation problems, or Erythromelalgia. This is a neurovascular disorder in which blood vessels in the extremities can become blocked or inflamed. This is however, a very rare disorder. It may become worse when standing, or after a hot bath or shower.
