Why do I get random rashes with a lot of bumps?

There could be lots of reasons, such as laundry detergents, soaps, perfumes, other cleaning chemicals, chlorine in shower/bath water, or a medical condition. Use process of elimination, then physician visit.

You could just be getting heat rashes or you could be getting razor burn when you shave causing the rashes with bumps.

If it is in a place that chafes it could be a heat rash. Sometimes I get yeast infections on my skin that look a lot like a heat rash.

It is most likely that you are having an allergic reaction to sometime and may not be that random. It all could possibly be a skin condition ask your practitioner.
