New child is a new person who is yielded by you. you have lots of love on her/him. this possessiveness made you selfish. you have to think that the child is not only for you , it also has other relations so you keep allowing all others to show love.

This is perfectly normal behavior. You carried that child for nine months in your body and you feel very close to it. Believe me you will always feel close to that child but as it gets older you will be able to allow others to help you. Your child will become more well rounded by experiences with others.

because for every mother have this fear that someone don't hurt her new child so that's y she become selfish and don't want that anyone to do anything for her child. she want to protect her baby from everyone. but its a care of a mother for her child not a selfishness.

This is a normal, maternal response. You carried your child for nine months AND went through labor with them. For that much work, it is natural to want to enjoy your child.

It can be the need to still be as one. It can also be that you donĀ“t want to feel ignored while others give love to your child.
