Why did my X-Box 360 pixellate during gameplay?

There might be something wrong with the game or system itself. If you are playing online, you may be on a laggy or slow connection that would interfere with gameplay.

Most probably it is because of overheating. Here are some possible solutions you can try: 1- If you have been playing for too many hours, turn it of for a while. 2- Buy a refrigeration add-on for the console (most likely a cooling fan) 3- Check that the console is placed somewhere with enough ventilation.
