Could be the way that your palate is made, or could also be from missing teeth. That is a few reasons why you may have holed in the roof of your mouth.

Some of the 'holes' are supposed to be there. That's where the saliva comes into your mouth. You can call the dentist for your own peace of mind.

that is most likely a cleft palate. It is completely normal.it may get bigger with a clear nasal passage. But no treatment is necessary. Also with this small hole you will actually speak better at late ages. and if u can't breathe through mouth you may be able to breathe most of the time through your nose.

Usually holes appear in the roof of your mouth when you have severe cold for many days, Due to cold there may occur some small holes on top of the teeth.
