Bouncy Balls are made of polymers and rubbers that have elastic properties. These materials hold their shape instead of changing shape on impact, therefore making the ball bounce back.

Bouncy balls get there bounce by the process they use to compact the rubber material used to make them. Bigger bouncy balls are not going to bounce higher because they are larger it means they are heavier. Smaller balls will typically go a lot higher then the bigger ones will.

Bouncy Balls are so bouncy because it comes in all shapes, sizes and my childhood days i too had this, it is very smoothly to handled thatswhy i liked it.Then the average bouncy ball can retain up to 70% of its kinetic energy when thrown at a hard surface.

They are bouncy because of the rubber that they are made of -- pure rubber. They are not bigger in size because that ball would be too heavy for a child. Not to mention how dangerous it would be if it were bounced up incredibly high and came crashing down onto a child.
