Who is the greatest drummer in the world?

I'm not sure who the greatest drummer in the world would be, but some of the greatest would be Lars from Metallica, Bill Andrews from Death, and Martin Lopez from Opeth. It really depends on the type of music you enjoy listening to. As a musician, I give much respect to the metal genre.

The drummer from Def Leppard is the best because of his physical handicap of only having one arm. After losing said arm he had to completely retrain himself on how to play, but overcame the odds to go on and make several more platinum albums, and cement his legacy amongst rock and roll history.
