Firefox already has a default location where it saves all your temporary Internet files. You can change that by going into your Firefox options.

On Windows, by default, Firefox saves temporary internet files in C:\Documents and Settings\*your username*\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(variable folder name such as e1u3gpz1. default or f53hhg5. default) from there, you can view all temporary internet files, paste them over to another folder or delete them. In firefox, it's possible to delete these files by pressing ctrl+shift+delete

Temporary internet files are saved in the normal folder client-side, where all temp internet files are saved cross-browser. documents and settings\user\local settings\ - if you navigate to that folder, you will be able to delete these files manually or run a wipe on the entire folder. You may also move files from this folder to other locations on your drive.

You can not choose where Firefox saves your temporary Internet files without recoding the software, however, you can view the temporary files currently stored in the following directory: C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\... profile"\Cache The folder "...profile" may be named differently in your computer (i.e. fault" but is easy to find.

Nah, that's for settings and profile stuff. Look for something like this: C:\Documents and Settings\*your username*\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\... That e1u3gpz1. default will probably not be the same on your computer. All the files in that Cache folder are the temps. Once there, you can sort them by name, size, type, or modified. They won't have extensions on them, either.

In Firefox the "temporary internet files" is "cache. " You can find the contents: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\random characters. default\Cache * ''username'' is your Windows username. * The Application Data folder is hidden by default. To view, you go tools->folder options, select the View tab, and and mark ''show hidden files folders'
