The "plug" for the OBD's are located on the driver side kick panel. On most cars they are either under the steering column or on the far left or right hand side under the dash.

The onboard diagnostics system is located under the driver side dash of your car near the fuse cover. There should be a protective plate covering it that can easily be removed. One should probably allow a professional to do this kind of work as to avoid breaking your dash or ruining the system.

The OBD system is located in a small compartment below the glove box. Be aware that you will need a special tool to open the OBD box. This tool is provided by Nissan and should be with the owner's manuel. If you have lost the access tool, you must go to a Nissan dealer.

The OBD system is located between the front bumper and the rear bumper as, it entails the entire vehicle system. I believe that you're asking "Where is the OBD diagnostic plug?". After 1996 U.S. regulations made OBD systems mandatory and all vehicles had to comply to universal set ups. The OBD plug is on the driver's side. Under the dash.

Well the on board diagnostic system is the computer and all it's wiring that runs through the vehicle. The computer is typically under the dash and sometimes there is a service port located under the hood.
