The people at GM didnt put a 'kill switch' as standard on the older saturn, however, newer models have a 'Valet' switch on the dash board near the steering column. it should be noted that tampering with this switch can be dangerous and in some instances is illegal as it governs the speed of the vehicle.

In most Saturn vehicles the kill switch is located on the steering column and it governs your speed. It's illegal to tamper with them and it is very dangerous to do so seeing as they also help in instances of car crashes.

GM does not put in a "kill switch" like the inertia switch found on most fords. Newer saturns will have a valet switch under the dash or you may have a main fuse blown.
