The fuel filter is located underneath the car near the gas tank location. It's going to be a cynliner that's in-line with the fuel lines. Check the rear of the car for this item, attached to the underbody of the car.

The fuel filter of Toyota Sienna can be found in the gas tank. you need to check the gas tank where the fuel pump is located. Generally the fuel filter remain just beside the fuel pump. But as the mechanical design is quite complicated you need to check the other parts also near the gas tank.

the fuel filter is in the gas tank and not serviceble. the spark plugs on front are easy to get do. locate and replace fuel filter. wear protective gloves and eye ware while replacing remove fuel filter connections. a small amount of fuel will leak out. remove fuel filter mounting bracket bolt and remove filter. install new filter with o seals.
