It is located under the hood on the underside of the lower windshield support. There are two clips on the housing, once those are loosened the housing just needs to be slid to the drivers side and it will come off and the filter can be removed..

This is something you would take to a mechanic. With this vehicle has plastic ones that seem to fail after going up hill or long distances. So take it in to a dealer to get a replacement or someone who specializes in the Sprinter. They also sell alumni ones that seem to last a little longer.

The turbo resonator is located at the turbo compressor outlet in between the turbo and the hose. If the turbo resonator is plastic and it is cracked or broken, you may want to replace it with an aluminum one. The plastic one's have been known to go bad and cause turbo loss.

If you are fooling with this turbo resonator you are a true gearhead of the old school. Your having trouble finding it because it is much smaller in the Sprinter than in other Dodge models. Try looking ----now wait for it-- under the radiator cap. How clever is that? That's where they will all be next year.

Turbo resonator location on the vehicle is behind the bumper on the passenger side. It is accessed from the ground and is a chamber within the intake air hose. Also these are known to experience problems due to the manufacturing of the plastic part. I would recommend replacing it with an aluminum part.

From what I can tell it is its located at the turbo compressor outlet. Between the turbo and the hose. Most people say to eliminate it to avoid repeated failures.
