I would recommend finding a good independant shop. Dealers tend to be quite a bit more expensive there are certain repairs that require a dealer, but an independant shop can handle nearly all of your repair needs. Ask your friends and coworkers for recommendations.

The best place to it would be the dealership. I say this because it will be worked on by mechanics who specialize in Jeeps and really know what they're doing. You will also receive genuine Jeep parts and receive a warranty on the work you have done. It may be a bit more expensive, but it is worth it.

The best place to go is to your local jeep dealership. They should have technicians with the most qualifications to work on your vehicle. However this quality and service will come at a higher cost. You could take it to a local shop however the money you save going there may be uised down the line to fix it again.
