The best place to catch a baracudda is in the Florida Keys. There are many great stories out there of baracuddas coming right up to peoples docks and staring them right in the eye. They can be caught just about anywhere in the clear waters of the Florida keys. They have even been caught right off shore.

The best place to fish for barracuda is warm water; in the Gulf Stream in the middle atlantic, and further south they are right near the shore. Use big baits.

In the gulf of mexico around the oil rigs. Any where along the coast off of florida, alabama, or louisiana. Also over reefs in these areas are good places to fish.

Well you might want to try the Atlantic ocean. I'm not sure if boating is allowed there but I'm prett sure that fish is found there?
