The best place to find a 1988 baseball card is a "Trade Show" or flea market. There are other places you can go such as comic book store, which sometimes sell baseball cards as well.

A great place to find the best prices for baseball cards is ebay. Overall, the hobby itself is down right now due to the bad economy so now may be a good time to buy baseball cards, specifically 1980's cards.

Beckett's magazine is a good place to start when determining resale value of cards. It will list prices based on the players and the condition of the cards. Beckett also has a website. Check for selling prices at card shops and shows and also if eBay is selling a particular card. Error cards can be valuable along with rookie cards.

There are a number of places to get a good price on 1988 baseball cards. You can buy them on an online auction site, at a card show, or from a local seller. You can also still buy unopened packs of older cards at a reasonable price.
