Chocolate as we know it (chocolate tablets, the kind Nestle sells) comes from the treatment of cocoa beans, mixing them immediately after with other products such as milk, sugar and certain animal products. This gives chocolate bars its flavour. Different concentrations of those create different chocolate varieties, such as white or black chocolate.

Chocolate comes from ingredients that are natural and processed. The main ingredient is from the cacao tree that comes from tropical regions. There are many variations of chocolate sold. These variations have different levels of ingredients. Milk chocolate has the least from the tree while dark chocolate has the most.
