You can get a passport from the Canadian post office, passport office or Service Canada Centre depending on which territory you live in. You can also check online where there are forms you may print out.

Canadien Passport applications should be available at your local post office. If you do not want to travel to or cannot get to a post office, you can generally visit any federal governmental office and have them retrieve forms of other branches.

You must be Canadian to apply and receive a Canadian passport. If you are Canadian, go to your local post office, once there you will pay a fee for your passport, fill out some forms, and then take a picture. Within a few weeks you will receive your passport in the mail.
