You can contact your local government, or churchs and charity agencys. WIC is a federal program given to familys to help support the welfare of the child. In the state of tennessee and possibly other states family first is offered.

Go to any of the baby formula sites (similac, enfamil, etc...) and they will send you free gift bags full of formula samples, coupons, breastfeeding products and it generally comes in a free diaper bag. In addition I follow "Frugal Fabulous Finds" and "Freebies 4 Mom" on facebook. They will tell you about deals/freebies for baby and mom too!!!

There are a bunch of different sites on the internet that offer free baby products. You can search for sites using search engines like Google. You can also get free trials of baby magazines that will often times send you coupons or free sample of products. You might also try going to stores like Babies R Us.

There are many websites that keep updated on the latest free offers and specials available from manufacturers. Some categorize the offers, this would make it very easy to find ones specifically for babies. Most offers are just trial size products though.

offers samples and Publix has a baby club where you can sign up till your baby is 2. They will send coupons for free products on their first mailings and for the next mailings will be discount coupons. also gives samples and coupons same with and you may want to check this website .

Huggies and Pampers have special deals you can sign up for online. They will send you samples of formula, wipes, and diapers through the mail. They will also send you some coupons for baby products. They are usually $5 coupons so they are very helpful. If you need extra help try your crisis nursery and churches.
