Where are Norton motorcycles made?

I see lots of ads for them in motorcycle magazines.

Norton hasn't been in business for years. Recently, the brand was revived, and limited production started again in England. Kenny Dreer owned the name and made prototypes, but it never got off the ground. His sale of the name has allowed production to restart for the first time in years.

Originally these were British made bike however for a period of time they were American owned. Recently though they have fallen back under British ownership and are made in Derby.

Well Nortons are still and English made bike. I believe that one point the closed up shop but are currently making bikes. Today they are based in Derby under a new British owners.
