Lindor truffles are delicious delights made in Stratham, New Hampshire. These truffles are unique because of their crisp, outer shell- most truffles are a soft, chocolate ganache coated in cocoa.

Lindor truffles are made in Switzerland, in the traditional style of Swiss chocolates. They are still considered truffles, yes, even though the shell is hard and the inside is liquid. This is simply a variation on the truffle style, truffles can be made from many kinds of chocolate, milk, dark, white.
