When you move to a different state to you have to retrain or retest for your CNA?

Yes you do because all states have different perameters for what is needed. Some states have different ways of doing things because of the climate or because of state laws. Many states require more or less hours of experience or training and you should check out the state before you move there.

Yes. You have to get a totally different certification. Each state has different qualifications and tests so when you move states you have to get your CNA license over again before you can even go to work for another Medical Facility. It should be easy since you've already done it once.
