Your brother needs to be ready to quit. He would need to go to some sort of rehab, but in order for rehab to work he needs to want it to work. There is hope, but your brother needs to want to stop.

Cocaine is a serious addiction. Do not expect him to go off it on his own. He needs medical attention and intervention to get off these drugs. Put him into rehab now, preferably after talking him into it, but with a family member doing the admission if it is without his approval. It's either rehab or jail for cocaine users.

There is hope, but your brother needs help through Narcotics Anonymous and/or through professional drug rehabilitation. Meanwhile, you need help too because you are unhappy about the situation: If you are still in school or college talk to a guidance cousellor or the health services at your college about who can help you. If not, ask your doctor.

i a very sad to know this. nowadays drug addiction is a very big problem. you can break this addiction by some good treatment. first you advice your brother or bring him to a good councellor. sometimes he may not be aware of the side effects. and pray for him. many people have stopped after attending a retreat. try that also.

Addiction to any substance is both a mental and physical challenge. It is entirely possible that your brother will seek help or break his addiction but he first needs to realize that he needs help. Unfortunately, a user usually does not realize their need for help until they have a physical or emotional crises related to their drug use.
