I hear you! Morning sickness usually continues until 12 weeks into your pregnancy for most women. The intensity starts reducing after 10-11 weeks. However some experience sickness even after that. Under extreme conditions you can request your doctor for some nausea medication. Ginger crackers seem to help some women.

Morning sickness usually lessens or abates at the end of the first trimester. However, some women experience morning sickness for the entire duration of their pregnancy. There are some popular home remedies for morning sickness, including ginger, sucking on sour candies, and eating small, frequent meals. Your doctor can also write you a prescription if your morning sickness is severe.

For a lot of women morning sickness starts to ease up after the first trimester, around 14-15 weeks. Some women have morning sickness all throughout their pregnancy. If it is so severe that your are not gaining sufficient weight for your body type then you should see your doctor for remedies other than time passing.
